In Los Girasoles we are committed to the rescue of Mexican cuisine

17 years ago Los Girasoles committed to participate in the rescue and beautification of the Historic Center, thus adding to our longstanding effort to the rediscovery of Mexican cuisine, which is now considered "Heritage of Humanity."

Located in the beautiful Historic Center, we find Los Girasoles, were years ago was the exercise house of the Hospital de San Andrés.

We remain committed to the history of this our Mexico. In the pursuit of flavors and scents, we have learned wonderful secrets of pre-Columbian Mexico; legends of the Conquest of Mexico, trot with the dream of independence. We got on the train of the Mexican Revolution and discover the richness of Mexican cuisine, so you enjoy today, the delicious aromas that travel through our history.

We would like to highlight how important was the help of these women in love with cooking, who, with their friendship, love and lots of patience, gave us their secrets and tips to bring to your table, here in Los Girasoles, recipes with color, elegance and above all, the true Mexican flavor.
